Meghan Price RM, IBCLC

Meghan has called Vernon home since 2002. Her early life was characterized by barefoot-summers, close-knit community, and a curiosity for the world beyond my doorstep - she loves to travel!  Meghan completed her training at the University of British Columbia Midwifery Education Program in the Faculty of Medicine. She received interprofessional training from Perinatologists, Obstetricians, Lactation Consultants, and Nurses across the province.  

Meghan has a love for education. She became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2021 after many years of working with new families navigating their feeding journey.  She is a Fetal Health Surveillance Instructor, and a Clinical Instructor at UBC. Meghan views working with families as an incredible honour, and a privilege that perpetually fills her with wonder.  The birth of her own daughter further cemented her belief in family centered, evidenced based pregnancy and lactation care .

When not working, Meghan enjoys getting outdoors exploring the Okanagan with her family, and can be found learning, yet another, artisan craft.
